It’s not just about getting rid of difficult staff\, the modern manager must know the correct procedures for dealing with under-performing staff and how to conduct a disciplinary meeting effectively. \nWe will cover: \n\nDefining problems and problem employees\nThe causes of disciplinary and performance problems\nYour impact on discipline and performance\nInvestigating\, fact finding and documenting evidence\nEffective action plans\nPlanning the disciplinary meeting\nInterviewing skills\nEssential follow-up and keeping the employee on track\n\nHow We Will Organise The Live Remote Course: \nIt couldn’t be easier as we take care of the whole process from start to finish. \n\nBook the course you require online\nWe will send out the course materials including downloadable course manual\, all of the course materials\, a pre-course briefing form\nWe will start log-ins 15 minutes prior to the course start to allow everyone to connect\nAll delegates will complete the pre-prepared course activities that we will use during the course\nOur virtual courses are very interactive to keep delegate’s attention throughout\nAll delegates will complete a Post-course action plan that can be reviewed their managers after the course.\n\nLive Remote Virtual Course \nThis course will be run virtually via Zoom.com. \nThe course will start at 9.45 for registration and pre-course work assignments. \nTimings:       9.45-10.00 Log in and system check \n10.00-12.30 Morning \n1.00-3.30 Afternoon \nThe course will be hosted on Zoom.com and once you have booked we will send the following files: \n\nPre-course file with all log in details and pre-course assignments. It includes course objectives and agenda that we will run through with you during the Introduction\nThe handouts we will be using on the course.\nA course manual that can be downloaded for reference during the seminar.
