Principals of Project Planning.

1.30pm-2.15pm Lunch
Afternoon 2.15pm-5.30pm
Planning the project
The rest of the afternoon gives delegates the opportunity to try out the Project Planning tools on a prepared scenario. They will be under time pressure to complete their tasks and will have to cope with naturally occurring changes along the way. The groups are expected to work closely together and will carry out mini evaluation meetings to ensure they are on the correct path. Although unexpected situations will happen, the final evaluation will depend on; the strength of the original strategy, the completeness of the planning process, the communication within the group members and the joint management of controls.
