Terms & Conditions – Updated as of 1st June 2018

 

Open Courses

All completed and returned booking forms are bound by the following Terms and Conditions without exception:

All fees must be paid in full prior to each course. A VAT invoice will be sent on receipt of receiving a completed booking form. All cheques are to be made payable to Total Success. For BACS payments contact the office for details.  Overdue payments will automatically incur a £75 administration surcharge and will be applied every 7 days.

Cancellations will only be accepted by written confirmation at least 15 working days prior to the start of each course. Failure to notify us within the given period will result in full course fees being charged.

Delegates postponing or changing course dates must give at least 15 working days notice. If the required notice is not given, the delegate will be subject to full course costs plus a £150 ex VAT fee to cover administration costs incurred by Total Success Training. All rearrangement dates will only be confirmed when the delegate completes a new booking form.

When a delegate is unable to attend a course no cancellation fees will be charged if they are able to supply a delegate to attend in their place. Failure to do so will result in the charging of full course fees.

In the event of a change of course date, venue or cancellation by Total Success, delegates will be notified 5 working days prior to the start of the course. In these circumstances delegates will be offered alternatives dates or a full refund

 

 

In-House Courses

All completed and returned booking forms are bound by the following Terms and Conditions without exception: This contract specifies that Total Success has been contracted to supply training for and on behalf of the above client. Cancellations will only be accepted by written confirmation at least 20 working days prior to the date of each course. The client will be responsible for agreed travel and accommodation costs (if applicable) incurred by Total Success Training.

Failure to notify us within the given period will result in full course fees being charged.

A course date may be postponed or changed within 15 working days prior to a course taking place. All date changes will be subject to a rearrangement fee of £500 plus VAT. The new date will only be confirmed once the client has completed a new booking form. The client should be aware that cancelling a course date subsequent to its being postponed or changed will result in full fees being charged. Any additional costs incurred by Total Success in respect to the original date booked will be fully reimbursed by the client.
