Course Overview
This training course is designed for professionals who frequently have to handle a large number of customer communication. We have developed it in a modular framework that build the skills and strategies for managing customers communication.
The focus is to train skills that extend beyond the normal ‘communication skills’ and enable delegates to be able to deal with all types of call and all types of situations. The type of individual who thrives in this type of environment needs to be very customer focused; intuitive to customer needs; have the ability to think quickly in difficult situations and be organised.
By the end of this course you will feel both competent and confident in your communications. It will allow you to:
