Course Overview
A team is, ‘A group of people who share common objectives and who need to work together to achieve them’. Teams can normally be found on the sports field, in social organisations or in commerce and industry but the concepts and ideas can be applied wherever a group of people share common objectives and need to work together in order to achieve them. They do not need to be paid to work together. This course is designed to build the competence and confidence of new and experienced managers in the art and skills of ‘team management’.
By the end of this course you will feel both competent and confident in your team skills. It will allow you to:
