The aim of this one-day course is teach delegates the tips, techniques, strategies and the art of the successful recruitment interview and how to be the perfect interviewee for the role.

Course aims and objectives for interviewees

1. To enable delegates to evaluate the most effective ways of responding to questions
2. To enable delegates to prepare for effective selection interviews
3. To describe some of the most important interviewing skills.
4. To give an understanding of the pitfalls for interviewees that are badly prepared

This course is run on Zoom as a live virtual remote online training session and led by our lead trainer, Warren Wint. All materials for the course will be emailed to delegates prior to the course.
