Following the ECDL syllabus (version 5 – Office 2010 / Windows 7), this course consists of 7 modules which cover the basics of computing, various popular software packages and the internet and e-mail. The learner, once the course has been successfully completed, will be able to understand key concepts in IT including security issues, use a computer to organise files and folders, use word processing, spreadsheets, presentation and database applications, and use the internet and email.

Following the ECDL syllabus (version 5 – Office 2007 / Windows Vista), this course consists of 7 modules which cover the basics of computing, various popular software packages and the internet and e-mail.
