Our email writing course will allow delegates to gain useful letter-writing tools, tips and techniques and includes constructive email and letter templates. This productive course will demonstrate the particulars of writing effective emails, whilst improving punctuation and grammar.

The course will start at 9.30 for registration and pre-course work assignments.
